operating duty:


1. Responsible for the overall planning, guidance, and coordination of the company's administrative work, and assisting in the implementation of administrative management related work in various subsidiaries;


2. Responsible for writing various types of documents such as company red documents, summary reports, etc;


3. Responsible for system construction, promotion, implementation, and tracking supervision of the implementation of the system;


4. Responsible for the management of company seals and archives;


5. Responsible for the management of company vehicles and drivers;


6. Responsible for the management of certificates and licenses such as industrial and commercial changes, annual reports, and business licenses;


7. Responsible for the construction of corporate culture such as internal publications and event planning;


8. Responsible for the overall coordination of various company events;


9. Responsible for the management of non production fixed assets of the company.


 


Job requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree or above


More than 2.5 years of administrative management experience in large enterprises, with relevant work experience in listed companies preferred;


3. Excellent writing skills are required, excellent execution ability is required, and excellent overall coordination ability is required.
