operating duty:
1. Responsible for innovation planning, technology development planning, project performance management, project application management, R&D budget management, technical talent technical level evaluation, etc;
2. Responsible for the performance output of product project management, establishing a pre batch evaluation system for project transfer, and managing new product projects;
3. Responsible for technical standardization management, participation in supply chain technical capability assessment, application and promotion of new technologies, processes, and materials;
4. Responsible for new product project management, organizing preparation before new product trial production, organizing engineering sample trial production and summary, etc;
5. Product development and management, including the creation, review, and approval of product design data and documents, cost control and optimization of product design, compliance and reliability design of products, participation in supplier evaluation and qualification certification, and evaluation of technical capabilities and services.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, electronic information, communication engineering or other electronic related majors are preferred;
2. 5 years of experience in technical management, project management, design and development, and team management is preferred, with the title of senior engineer or above;
3. Familiar with the design and development of new products such as controllers and circuit boards;
4. Possess strong logical analysis skills, communication and coordination abilities, and team management skills.
