operating duty:

1. Production plan: Develop and implement annual production goals and plans for the workshop; Develop a reasonable production plan based on sales order volume and current inventory level, and produce according to the plan to complete production tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed; Organize production according to system requirements, with a focus on managing the entire production process flow;

2. Production organization and coordination: Based on the production plan and the actual situation of equipment and energy supply, monitor production capacity, allocate production operations, and organize and coordinate relevant personnel to take measures to solve abnormal problems that occur during the production process, ensuring the normal operation of production and the completion of production tasks;

3. Resource management and cross departmental coordination: Based on business processes, responsible for horizontal communication and cooperation with relevant departments such as technology, sales, and equipment, coordinating communication and cooperation between departments, implementing, supervising, and regulating various processes and energy configurations in the production process, organizing the application and promotion of new technologies, processes, and equipment, organizing the maintenance and management of basic equipment, and ensuring normal production and efficient operation;

4. Process management: Improve and enhance the management process, operation process, process flow, etc. of the production system, responsible for sorting and optimizing the workflow and management system. Organize the formulation of implementation rules, promote various quality activities, provide training, continuously improve the efficiency and management level of production management, and create a good production environment;

5. Organize, implement, supervise and regulate various processes, equipment, costs, output indicators, etc. in the production process;

6. Responsible for the company's production safety management.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in science and engineering, under 45 years old; More than 5 years of production workshop management experience;

2. Proficient in production management, quality management, equipment management, process management, etc; Familiar with manufacturing business processes, factory management, ERP operation, and cost management operation modes;

3. Possess excellent leadership skills, communication and coordination abilities, teamwork skills, planning and execution abilities;

4. Have a profound understanding and practical experience in the construction and operation of enterprise systems and management systems.
