operating duty:


1. Enterprise strategic planning and development of human resource planning;


2. According to the company's medium and long-term development plan, design the organizational structure, organize each department to complete the compilation of departmental functions and job descriptions, organize talent strategy meetings, complete personnel budgeting, and strictly control human resources and administrative costs;


3. Establish a human resources management system to ensure the comprehensive development of the company's human resources work;


4. Coordinate recruitment management work: establish a job competency model; Arrange talent introduction work for the company based on competency requirements; Establish a probationary period tracking and assessment mechanism;


5. Coordinate training management work: guide the construction of training system, the construction and implementation of training system and lecturer system, focus on guiding employees to build a learning roadmap, guide employees' career development planning, and construct the company's employee development channel; Guide the preparation of annual training plans for the group and secondary companies, and focus on monitoring the effectiveness of training;


6. Coordinate salary incentive work: support the company's business development characteristics, lead the team to complete the compilation and promotion of the company's salary incentive system, and ensure effective implementation;


7. Coordinate performance management work: lead the team to complete the company's performance management system, flexibly use various assessment tools such as KPI, balanced scorecard, OKR, etc; Ensure open, fair, and just rewards and punishments, motivate employees to develop positively, and ensure the achievement of company goals;


8. Coordinate employee relationship management: guide subordinates in handling employee relationship work with skills, ensure smooth optimization and low-cost zero dispute completion;




Job requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree or above;


2. More than 5 years of experience in managing human resources directors in listed companies;


3. Possess strategic and tactical thinking skills, with strong abilities in motivating, communicating, and coordinating team leadership;


4. Possess a high sense of responsibility and strong entrepreneurial spirit, as well as good stress resistance and professional dedication.
