operating duty:
1. Responsible for customer consultation, reception, and service of the company;
2. Able to promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds, exchanges, complaints, and other issues;
3. Responsible for tracking and providing feedback on customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing return rates;
4. Assist in telemarketing, online market research, customer follow-up, and other related work;
Job requirements:
1. Experience in e-commerce platforms or store customer service is preferred;
2. Strong language organization ability and fast typing speed; Be meticulous, patient, proactive, and responsible in work;
3. Proficient in using computer office software; Backend operations.
